The special runoff election is to fill the Senate District 22 seat vacated by the resignation of Sen. Kip Averitt. The results of the special election held on May 8, 2010 declared that no candidate received a majority of the votes cast as required by Section 203.003 of the Texas Election Code.
Early voting will be at the Elections/Voters Registration Office, 106 S. Monroe St, Waxahachie.
June 14th, 15th & 16th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
June 17th & 18th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Regular voting is Tuesday, June 22nd at Red Oak City Hall, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak
