ARTICLE 3.000 BUSINESS FEES



Sec. 3.100Β Game Hall License Fee

The license shall be issued by the mayor when an application has been filed and approved and all conditions have been complied with. The annual fee for such license shall be $100.00. (Ordinance 0603 adopted 4/11/06)

Sec. 3.200Β Sexually Oriented Businesses

The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license shall be $1,000.00 (Ordinance 0603 adopted 4/11/06)
