ARTICLE 2.400 RUNNING AT LARGE



No person owning, possessing or harboring any animal shall permit such animal to run at large at any time. Complaints will result in having said animal picked up per agreement between the city and its current contractor as maintained on file in the office of the city secretary. If an animal has caused damage or bitten, damaged party has the right to bring charges against owner in the municipal court.
