(a)Β The individual homeowner deed restrictions set out in the development of subdivisions of Oak Leaf are hereby accepted as ordinance.
(b)Β If there are conflicts between the restrictions which cannot be resolved by council and homeowner, the strongest deed restriction will apply.
(c)Β Individual homeowners may at any time schedule to come before the planning and zoning committee to submit building plans for approval.Β It is hereby decreed that if a reasonable settlement cannot be agreed upon, the planning and zoning committee shall inform the party of their right to appeal to the city council requesting a variance.
(d)Β A citizen requesting a variance, must schedule with the city secretary to appear before council. Citizen must be prepared to submit building plans, when applicable, and written request. If the request is clearly against the city ordinances, said citizen must present a signed statement from all neighbors stating they have no objection to said plan.
