Political signs are subject to the following provisions:
(1)Β Signs shall be set back ten (10) feet from edge of pavement and located out of the public right-of-way.
(2)Β Signs shall be erected no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the election.
(3)Β Signs shall be removed seven (7) days following the election.
(4)Β Signs shall be self-supporting and shall not be attached to fences, posts, utilities, trees, etc.
(5)Β Signs shall not obstruct visibility or traffic.
