ARTICLE 9.1100 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS



(a)Β Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any provision hereof within the corporate limits of Oak Leaf, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to suit for injunction or other equitable remedies. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.

(b)Β Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply with any provision hereof within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Oak Leaf shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to suit for injunction or any other equitable remedies.
