ARTICLE 9.1200 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW PLATS



The planning and zoning committee shall meet jointly with the city council, or separately and shall be required to consider the plat the same as and in addition to the city council. The hearings by the planning and zoning committee shall be held and completed before, or start at the same time as, the hearings by the city council. (Ordinance 9303, Amendment 2, of 7/15/97)
