ARTICLE 9.1500 APPLICATION IN EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION



(a) The city of Oak Leaf does hereby extend by ordinance all of its rules and regulation concerning plats and the subdivision of land to all areas encompassed with in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city pursuant to Section 212.003, Texas Local Government Code.

(b) It is the intent of this article to make any and all ordinances codes, regulations, allowable by law under the local government code or any other applicable state statute enforceable in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Oak Leaf, whether or not so stated.

(c) Any violation of any provision of such ordinances within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city shall constitute a violation of such and the city shall have the right to institute an action in the court of appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin the violation of any provision of such ordinance and to seek other relief as to which it may be justly entitled.
