ARTICLE 9.800 SCHEDULE OF FEES



The fees and charges for platting property within the city shall be as set out in the fee schedule, which shall be collected by the city secretary or his or her designated representative, when any plat is tendered to the city for consideration. Each of the fees and charges provided for herein shall be paid in advance, and no action of the city council shall be valid until the fees shall have been paid. All fees shall be non-refundable and must be paid by cash, certified check or cashier’s check made payable to the City of Oak Leaf.
